Contemporary artists now have a new tool to express themselves. Instead of requiring a computer and printer or canvas and ink, trailblazing ZINK artists have discovered creative methods for activating the embedded dye crystals in the ZINK Paper by using everything from soldering irons, to hot water, to everyday items from their kitchens to create colorful, abstract, contemporary works of art.
We are thrilled about this experimentation and are proud to announce a program to support the artist community in their quest to explore ZINK Paper as a new medium for developing contemporary artwork.
A limited amount of ZINK Paper™ is now available for free in an assortment of sizes to support the program. Because of the volume of requests, not everyone who signs up is guaranteed to receive a ZINK Art Kit containing the ZINK Paper. Click on the link below and fill out the online form. Tell us who you are and what you plan of doing – the most creative ideas will receive the ZINK Paper first. Our only requirement is you share your works of art with us and let us post them on the website for the world to see.
